Our endeavor to solve the ongoing dysfunctional relationship between the concrete substrate contractor -- general contractor end user -- concrete surface contractor and the flooring contractor led us in 2014 to the acquisition of assets of Surface Solutions Innovations 2000 and Kirk Dalton Kirk brought almost 40 years of experience in understanding and addressing difficult substrate and floor covering installation conditions and is recognized as one of the leading professionals as floor covering installation pertains to concrete. Beginning in January 2023, Kirk retired and and remains a staff consultant. He is an ongoing tremendous asset with significant knowledge and experience with specialty treatments, costing, color blending and polishing. Concrete Products Services Operaions is now led by Senior Division Manager Randy Heim and Division Manager Santos Agreada. Randy and Santos have muliple years of industry experience. Both have been instrumental in making Welker Bros the pre-eminent flooring contractor to provide these products and services. We own the equipment. We directly employ the project field technicians. Our Account Executives along with our Account Administrators provide cradle-to-grave speciation assistance, budgeting, final costs and administration & project implementation.
